How to Make Carnivore Diet Ground Pork and Beef Casserole

Here are the ingredients and instructions needed to make the Carnivore diet ground pork and beef casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup beef bone broth
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Cook the ground beef and pork completely over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the beef bone broth, salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Remove from the heat.
  5. Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
  6. Add the cream, cream cheese, and salt and mix well.
  7. Add the mixture to the beef, pork and broth batter and stir well.
  8. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  9. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  10. Serve hot, and enjoy!
