How to Make Carnivore Quiche with Pork and Bacon

Here are the ingredients and instructions needed to make Carnivore quiche with pork and bacon.

Ingredients

To make the crust, you need:

  • 1 lb. raw ground pork
  • 5 oz. pork rinds
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp ghee or butter
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

To make the quiche, you need:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz. raw cheese
  • 8 oz. bacon
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Crush the pork rinds using a blender or food processor to make the fine powder we need for the crust.
  3. Melt the ghee or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Mix the ground pork, melted ghee/ butter, and eggs in a blender to form a smooth paste.
  5. Move the paste to a bowl and add the pork rind powder and sea salt. Mix well to make a dense dough.
  6. Move the dough to a pie pan and shape the crust.
  7. Bake the crust in the oven you preheated to 375 degrees for 20 mins.
  8. Chop the bacon into slices.
  9. Cook the bacon over medium heat. When cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
  10. Whip the eggs in a bowl and mix them with whipping cream and sea salt for a minute.
  11. Shred the raw cheese and them to the egg-cream mixture together with bacon slices.
  12. Remove the cooked crust from the oven and pour the quiche filling.
  13. Bake it at 375 degrees for about half an hour when it’s crispy.
  14. When the quiche is baked, let it cool out of the oven for about 10 minutes.
  15. Use your creativity and serve as you wish. The leftover quiche can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, which can get even more delicious!
