5 mins

A delicious Carnivore casserole to enjoy for breakfast, or dinner!

This zero carb, zero fibre recipe has just 4 ingredients, ground beef, eggs, heavy cream and Redmond's real salt.

Ground beef is a staple in my house. We use it to make tacos, burgers, meatloaf, and other things. It's just such an easy way to get dinner on the table without breaking the bank. Ground beef is also super versatile: you can take a basic recipe like tacos or meatloaf and switch things up by using different spices or sauces each time.

Ground beef is budget-friendly

Ground beef is a budget-friendly buy, and it's a versatile ingredient that can be used in so many dishes.

It's also a great source of protein, making it an excellent addition to any meal plan. If you're looking to save money, consider adding ground beef to your grocery list next time you're at the store!

Ground beef is versatile

Ground beef is versatile. It can be used in place of ground pork, turkey, chicken and lamb to make meatballs or burgers. You can also use it to make your favourite taco recipes. Ground beef is great for casseroles and chilli because it has so much flavour on its own without being overpowered by other ingredients.

You want 80/20 ground beef

80/20 ground beef is the most common, and it has the best ratio of fat to protein. This means that it's ideal for all kinds of carnivore recipes - burgers, meatballs, chili con carne, and meatloaf.

How to store ground beef

Storing ground beef in the refrigerator is the best way to preserve its freshness.

Ground beef can be stored in its original packaging or transferred to a sealable container with a lid.

You may also freeze ground beef for up to three months. Frozen meat should be thawed slowly in the refrigerator and used within one week of thawing, as food that has been frozen can begin to decay after that point.

How to make a Ground Beef Carnivore Casserole

  6. Add in the beef and transfer to an oven-proof baking dish
