Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steak
  • 1/4 cup sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dice the steak and cut the sausage into small pieces.
  2. Melt some butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Fry the steak and sausage to your liking in the same skillet.
  4. Get a bowl and break the eggs. Whisk well and add salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook over medium heat.
  6. Shred the cheddar cheese and put it over one side of the omelette when the eggs begin to set.
  7. Fold the other side of the omelette over the filling.
