How to Make Carnivore Diet Three Cheese Omelette


  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup of cheddar
  • 1/3 cup of mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a pan.
  2. Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk until you see a smooth mixture.
  3. Add half of the shredded cheese (all three kinds). Add salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat after 2 minutes and add the remaining half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Bring the two sides of the omelette to the centre to fold it in thirds. Use a spatula, not your hand!
  7. Flip it over and let the other side cook.

As easy as it sounds, your high-protein yummy omelette is ready!
