How to Make Carnivore Diet Fried Fish with Ground Pork Rinds and Egg

Prepare the following ingredients and follow the steps carefully to make the yummiest fish dish you’ve ever made!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs catfish or cod fillets
  • 2 cups of spiced ground pork rinds (If not spiced, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper)
  • 1 cup bacon grease or other animal fat
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Use a coffee grinder or blender to grind the pork rinds.
  2. Cut the fish into small sizes and remove their bones if needed.
  3. Whisk the eggs.
  4. Heat the bacon fat.
  5. Soak a fish fillet in the whisked eggs. Then coat with pork rind crumbs and place carefully in the hot oil.
  6. Fry each side for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Repeat with the other fillets.
  8. Serve hot, and enjoy!
