Prep Time
70 mins

Among all the Carnivore diet recipes, this Carnivore chuck roast recipe is one of the most favoured ones, as it is really easy to make but yummy and healthy.

You may wonder what chuck roast means. The term ‘chuck roast’ refers to any cut of meat from the shoulder (chuck) of the steer.

You can see white fat lines all over this kind of meat, making it an excellent option for cooking, especially for those on high-fat, high-protein, and low-carbohydrate diets like Carnivore, Lion or Ketogenic.

This dish is not only ideal for Carnivore dieters, but it can make a mouth-watering party meal for everyone except vegans and vegetarians who’d like to eat greens.

The chuck roast used in this recipe has a rich flavour and enough tenderness, making it suitable for slow cooking/ pressure cooking, which gives a tender and juicy roast.

This Carnivore chuck roast recipe results in a high-protein and high-fat dish, providing amino acids necessary to develop and repair tissues, boost immune function, and many other bodily functions.

Since this dish is satisfying and filling, it can make us full longer, resulting in lower calorie intake, fat melt, and weight loss. Also, not containing plant-based ingredients and focusing on increasing protein and fat in this recipe results in ketosis, which boosts fat melt and weight loss.
