How to Make Carnivore Diet Pork Stroganoff A More Affordable Alternative

Here are the ingredients and instructions needed to prepare and follow to make Carnivore diet pork stroganoff, which is a more affordable alternative to Carnivore beef stroganoff.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork loin or pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1 cup beef or bone broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into thin slices.
  2. Melt the butter or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the pork slices to the same pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until brown.
  4. Add the beef or bone broth and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
