How to Make Carnivore Wraps/ Tortillas for Beef and Bacon Tacos

Here are the ingredients and instructions you need to make these versatile Carnivore wraps/ tortillas for beef and bacon tacos.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz pork rinds
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp ghee or butter (in the mixture) + some more for frying
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Grind the pork rinds to get a fine powder (you can use a blender or food processor).
  2. Add the water, eggs, 1 tablespoon ghee (or butter), and sea salt to the powder and blend. The batter should be smooth and liquid-like, not dense. If it looks too thick, add some water.
  3. Add a teaspoon of ghee (or butter) to a pan and place it over low-medium heat.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.
  5. Let it cook for about 7 minutes, then flip it and give it 3 more minutes.
  6. When the tortilla is ready, set it aside to rest (you can put it on a paper towel).
  7. Repeat the four steps above until your pork rind powder is finished. Just make sure you remove the pan from the heat between each tortilla, as you don’t want the pan to get too hot. You can use the tortillas to make chicken/ bacon/ beef tacos/ wraps and many other dishes!
