  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp reserved bacon fat
  • 1 oz. Machaca
  • Salt and shredded cheese (as much as you like)

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10-15 mins.

  4. Place one strip crosswise and fold the other one to weave them together.
  5. Do the same for all bacon strips and create the bacon tortilla.

  7. Put the bacon tortilla in the oven you preheated and let it bake for about half an hour.
  8. Check it after about 30 minutes; if it’s crispy, it’s done.
  9. Heat the reserved bacon fat on a skillet.
  10. Add Machaca and stir and cook it for 4-5 mins.
  11. Beat the eggs well and add them to Machaca, and let the eggs cook. You can add some salt if you like.
