How to Make Carnivore Diet Heavy Whipped Cream

Prepare the ingredients and follow the instructions given below to make this delicious Carnivore diet heavy whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon erythritol (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put the cream and the bowl in the fridge for an hour or two to get the best results.
  2. Whip the cream on low speed to get a foamy mixture.
  3. Increase the whipping speed to medium and keep beating.
  4. When the cream’s volume increases and it looks like clouds, add the sweetener and vanilla - if you use them - and beat.
  5. When the beater leaves trails, your whipped cream is almost ready. A few more seconds of beating, and it’s all ready. You can enjoy this delicious dessert as it is, or you can accompany it with other Carnivore-friendly ingredients.
