How to Make Carnivore Diet Burger with Egg and Cheese Buns

You can make a Carnivore diet burger with egg and cheese buns in about 30 minutes by preparing the following ingredients and following the instructions below.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of gouda cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Grease a muffin pan.
  3. Mix the cheese and eggs well and spread the batter between the muffin forms.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool for about 30 minutes.
  6. Mix the ground beef, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. Let the mixture rest for half an hour.
  8. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  9. Make patties as you desire (1/2 inch thick and 4 inches wide is ok).
  10. Place the burger patties in the hot skillet and cook each side through.
  11. Put the burgers in the cheese buns. Add gouda between the burgers, and enjoy!
