How to Make Carnivore Diet Cloud Bread with High Protein and Zero Carb

Preparing the ingredients below, which are only three, and taking the steps provided below, you can make this fluffy, soft Carnivore-friendly bread in just about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 oz cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees °F.
  2. Spread a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  3. Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
  4. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until they form.
  5. Mix the mascarpone, egg yolks, and sea salt with a blender until smooth.
  6. Add the egg whites to the mascarpone mixture slowly.
  7. Be careful not to down the air bubbles in the egg whites as they’ll make the bread fluffy.
  8. Lay six scoops of the mixture into six circular discs onto the parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden.
  10. Let the cloud bread cool for some minutes, then enjoy!
