How to Make Carnivore Chicken Breast with 3 Simple Ingredients

The three simple ingredients and the easy instructions needed to make this yummy dish of Carnivore chicken breast is given below.


  • 4 8-oz. chicken breasts
  • 4 cups water
  • Some butter
  • 1/4 cup salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C).
  2. Brine the chicken breasts by putting them in a bowl with about 4 cups to cover them.
  3. Add sea salt, stir well, and let them drown for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken breasts from salt water, rinse and pat dry.
  5. Melt butter over medium heat.
  6. Place the chicken breasts into a baking dish and brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes to cook through and look golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
