The Best Carnivore Diet Snacks On The Go
The carnivore diet is a meat-only lifestyle designed to heal and transform your health. There are so many benefits of the carnivore diet with anecdotal evidence demonstrating reversal of SIBO, IBS, arthritis, pain and depression.
Following a zero-carb diet is relatively straightforward. Typically, we see hunger dissipate, and a natural fasting schedule begins. As you progress on the carnivore lifestyle you will typically eat between 1 to 3 meals a day, while most settle on a 2MAD diet, without the need for snacks.
Is It Okay To Snack On Carnivore Diet?
Typically we don’t need to snack following the Bulletproof Carnivore program. There will be times that you are travelling, on the go, overseas and in need of a carnivore snack between your meals.
It's perfectly okay to use approved Carnivore Snacks when you need. Remember we are focusing on progress not perfection.
So let’s look the simple budget friendly snacks on the Carnivore Diet.
What Snacks Can I Eat On Carnivore Diet?
- Boiled Eggs - simple budget friendly, boiled eggs are very satisfying and portable to snack on the go.
- Brie Cheese - one of my favourite cheeses is Brie Cheese, with its higher fat content, it’s a perfect carnivore snack.
- Mini beef meatballs - these are delicious when you make beef meatballs as a meal, make some extra for a quick on the go snack.
- Prosciutto or Pepperoni - pop it in a ziplock and you will be super satisfied with this snack.
- Tuna
- Sardines
- Mussels
- Beef Jerky - try to find one with least ingredients.
- Pork Rinds - one of my favourites on carnivore, always have these in my pantry.
- Carnivore Bars - super, clean and simply yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
