Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • Some butter

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat them.
  2. Cut the raw sausages into small bits and add them to the eggs.
  3. Melt a small amount of butter and spray the waffle iron with it.
  4. Pour the mixture into the hot waffle iron and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Put some paper towels on a plate and place them in the oven set to 200*F if you’re making more than one waffle since they get cold and soggy if kept out of the oven and without the towel.
