How to Make Carnivore Noodles with Pork and Parmesan


  • 1/4 cup ground pork rinds
  • 3 eggs
  • 2.5 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. 
  2. Get a big bowl and beat the eggs.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese and mix well.
  4. Add ground pork rinds to the material, and after mixing for a minute, add grated parmesan and pesto sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the material on the sheet and bake it for about 8 minutes.
  7. Bring the sheet out of the oven and slice the noodles into strips using a knife or pizza cutter.
