How to Make Carnivore Diet Sausage Sandwich with Egg for Breakfast

Here are the ingredients you must prepare and the instructions you need to follow to make this Carnivore diet sausage sandwich with egg for breakfast.


  • 2 sausage patties
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp butter or bacon grease
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese


  1. Get a frying pan and melt butter using medium heat.
  2. Use your palm to make sausage patties (not too thick, about half an inch is good).
  3. Put the patties in the hot pan - over medium heat - and watch them cook. When their colour turns brown, turn them and let the other side cook and get a nice brown colour (usually it takes 3-4 mins).
  4. Fry the egg with some butter in the meantime, or after cooking the patties. Make sure it’s a sunny side up, as we need the runny yolk to work as a sauce in our Carnivore diet sandwich. That’s all the cooking you need.
  5. Use the patties as buns. Place one of them on a plate, and the fried egg goes on top of it. Put the slice of cheddar on the egg and place the other patty on it.
  6. Tada! Your yummy breakfast sandwich is ready!
