How to Make Carnivore Diet Muffins with Egg and Bacon

Here are the ingredients and instructions for making Carnivore diet muffins with eggs and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Slice the bacon to small pieces.
  3. Put the bacon slices evenly in the muffin pans with the liners in.
  4. Bake them for about 20 minutes to look crispy.
  5. Mix the eggs, cheese, salt and paprika while the bacon cooks.
  6. Pour the batter on the cooked bacon in the muffin cups. Fill ⅔ of each cup.
  7. Put in the oven for 20 minutes, until the eggs cook.
  8. Bring them out of the oven and let them cool.
  9. Enjoy!
