How to Make Carnivore Diet Egg Pudding Dessert

Here are the ingredients and instructions you need to make this super yummy and easy Carnivore diet egg pudding dessert.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 4 oz. half-and-half milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2½ tablespoons Carnivore-friendly sweetener (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Soft-boil the eggs (i.e., put the eggs in boiling water for about 5 minutes).
  2. Peel the eggs and put them in a bowl.
  3. Add the milk, butter, vanilla and salt, and blend (with a blender!) until you see a smooth mixture.
  4. Taste the mixture after blending and adjust the sweetener if needed.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 110 mins.
  6. Bring it out of the fridge and enjoy!
