It amazes me how by following Carnivore diet recipes, you can enjoy your everyday meals and keep the diet. The recipe we’re about to introduce here is for making brown butter bites that are great for increasing the fat content.

People who are on a Carnivore or Keto diet need to consume fatty and high-protein foods and following this recipe, they can make great sources of fat in less than 30 minutes.

Brown butter bites can be used in various Carnivore dishes, including top-grilled meats, sauces, and even your coffee.

So, follow me to take the steps and make some beautiful and tasty butter bites.

How to Make Carnivore Diet Brown Butter Bites


  • 2 Sticks of Butter (every stick of butter equals 1/4 cup = 4 oz. = 8 Tbsp = 24 teaspoons)


  1. Put the butter sticks into a skillet over medium heat.
  2. When it’s melted, lower the heat to see the foam at the top. Stir and scrape the sides.
  3. Don’t take your eyes off the pan at this stage, as it browns swiftly.
  4. Note that the darker the butter gets, the more intense its taste.
  5. When it looks as brown as you like, remove the pan from the heat.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour the butter into a measuring cup. Make sure you take all the brown bits with you, as it contains all the flavour!
  8. Stir to avoid the brown bits settling in the bottom of the cup.
  9. Pour the butter into a mould or in a pan covered with parchment paper.
  10. Put the moulds or pan in the freezer.
  11.  When frozen, you can remove them from the mould/ pan and keep them in a container in the freezer or fridge for future use.
