How to Make Carnivore Diet Breakfast Meatloaf with Bacon

Shop or prepare the ingredients and follow the instructions listed below to make this yummy dish of Carnivore diet breakfast meatloaf with bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 bacon slices
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • Some butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  3. Slice bacon, add it to the pan and let it bake for about 6 mins.
  4. Stir occasionally and remove it from the heat when the bacon slices start to get crispy.
  5. Grease a baking dish with butter or ghee.
  6. Get a bowl and add beef, sausages, salt, pepper, and cooked bacon. Mix them well using your hands.
  7. Add the mixture to the baking dish you greased and spread it.
  8. Place the dish in the oven you preheated and let it cook for 1 hour.
  9. Remove the dish from the oven after an hour and let it cool before serving. Bon Appetit!
