Here are the main and optional ingredients you need to make a Carnivore diet birthday cake which can serve 9 individuals.


  • 4 eggs
  • 1¼ cups whole milk raw
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Beat the eggs until thickened.
  3. Add the sweetener and vanilla and mix until fluffy.
  4. Heat the milk and butter over medium heat until the butter melts.
  5. Add to eggs and mix.
  6. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Let it cool for some minutes, and enjoy!
