The beef burger is more than just a sandwich. It is an institution. A staple of the American diet and one of the most popular foods in the world. When done right, a hamburger can be delicious, but there are also many ways to make it unhealthy. In this post we will go over all aspects of making a double beef burger from scratch with quality ingredients that will make it taste amazing and be healthy at the same time!

Beef is a staple in a carnivore diet

Beef is a staple in a carnivore diet. It's a good source of protein, iron, and vitamin B12.

In addition to being high in protein, beef is also low in carbohydrates and high in good saturated fat.

Choose quality beef

If you're looking to create a double beef burger, you'll need to know your way around the meat counter. Beef is a staple in carnivorous diets and should be chosen carefully.

It's important that you choose quality beef for your burgers. When shopping for meat, it's important to check the label of any ground beef before buying it so that there isn't any added water or other fillers. Ground chuck is an excellent choice because it contains high levels of fat and therefore creates a juicy burger with lots of flavour when cooked on a grill or in an oven broiler at 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 Celsius). If you want even more fat content, ask your butcher about grinding up some flank steak into your ground chuck mixture.

What to add to your burger

As you’re building your burger, keep in mind that the cheese is a great opportunity to add some flavor. Cheddar, Swiss, and Monterey Jack are all good choices—but so are smoked gouda and pepper jack. If you can find it, use an aged cheddar for extra depth of flavor.

To add a little protein to your burger (and make it more filling), throw some bacon on there! Cook the bacon first before adding it to your burger so it gets crispy and delicious. We suggest going for about 3 pieces of bacon per person if you’re cooking for a group of six or more people because too much fat from just one piece of bacon can make things soggy. Extra points if you cure your own homemade bacon!

Benefits of grass-fed ground beef

Grass-fed beef is lower in fat and cholesterol than conventional beef. It also has more omega-3 fatty acids, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), vitamin E, and fewer calories.

When it comes to frying up a burger or grilling some steaks for dinner, the benefits of grass fed ground beef are clear—and taste great!
